Portfolio

About This Portfolio

This page is both a portfolio and a historical archive of my work across UX research, QA, developer documentation, game development, educational technology, and web development.

Rather than showcasing only recent work, I've chosen to preserve projects from throughout my career because they demonstrate how my approach has evolved: understanding how people interact with complex systems, identifying points of friction, and improving those systems through user research, exploratory testing, technical communication, and iterative design.

Featured projects highlight representative work, while the archive preserves the broader history behind them.

About

I work in UX testing, product support, QA, and training, focused on improving how users experience complex systems.

I specialize in identifying friction points in software, reproducing and documenting issues, and helping teams translate complex or unclear systems into something easier to understand and use. I enjoy hands-on testing, exploratory problem-solving, and improving documentation so both users and teams can work more effectively.

My background includes librarianship, technical writing, software development, project coordination, and customer support. Across these roles, I’ve consistently worked in “bridge” positions between systems and people—supporting users, clarifying workflows, and improving how information and tools are understood in practice.

I am particularly interested in roles involving UX testing, product support, QA (manual/exploratory), operations, and enablement work where I can help improve usability and reduce friction in real-world systems.
